Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a Ziplock bag.
Separate biscuits and then cut into quarters. Drop them in Ziplock bag and shake until fully coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place biscuit pieces in the loaf pan.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar and butter until well combined. Pour over the biscuit pieces.
Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center (should ounce back when pressed).
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving dish.
