Ooey Gooey Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1/2 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a Ziplock bag.
- Separate biscuits and then cut into quarters. Drop them in Ziplock bag and shake until fully coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place biscuit pieces in the loaf pan.
- In a small bowl mix brown sugar and butter until well combined. Pour over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center (should ounce back when pressed).
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving dish.
- Serve while still warm.
