  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter


  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a Ziplock bag.
  • Separate biscuits and then cut into quarters. Drop them in Ziplock bag and shake until fully coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place biscuit pieces in the loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl mix brown sugar and butter until well combined. Pour over the biscuit pieces.
  • Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center (should ounce back when pressed).
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving dish.
  • Serve while still warm.
